Beachfront Cul-de-sac just steps from the Beach. Each Unit has a Living
Room with Sleeper Sofa / Dining Room / Kitchen on Main Level. 2
Bedrooms + Bath on Upstairs Level. Large Gazebo w/ Grill on
Property. These Units share a large common Laundry Room at the end
of the building. Laundry has 2 large Washers & 2 Dryers. Makes
a great Vacation Retreat for a family of 2 - 6. The Units are very
clean, and have been updated with new furnishings & paint in winter 2012/13.
BEST thing everyone immediately comments on is the location.
Absolutely best stretch of beach on the island, just about 100 steps away
down a path through the dunes. Every one loves these units, and we
run close to 90 - 100% occupancy year round. Unlike most other
vacation cottages on the Island - Linens are included. 3rd

just like the other 3 Oceanside Units, except it has a 2nd bath on main + private in-unit
laundry room. Everyone sincerely loves these units, primarily
because they are clean, nicely furnished and laid out - and have a Great
Island Location. Better than a Hotel! Less Expensive Too!
